Hardware guarantee and reliability

A1 Dedicated servers include RAID (Soft or Hard) technology. This redundancy guarantees that they will run without interruption and with maximum availability. In the event of one disk failing, the second will take over immediately.



Tested Hardware & Quality Procedure

To supply our customers with quality machines, every A1 server produced is systematically subjected to a series of tests to verify technical compliance and correct operation under any conditions. As soon as a machine leaves the production lines, it is installed and connected in the datacentres. A robot then ensures that the hardware is consistent with what the customer ordered, and that performance conforms to the specifications.

Technicians are on standby 24/7, ready to intervene if your server becomes unavailable and to replace defective hardware components.

We constantly monitor your servers and let you know if we detect even the slightest sign of a defect. In the event of failure, you will receive an automated email stating the time that the incident was detected. A technician on site in the datacentre will then take charge of it and will launch the diagnostic. We keep you informed and you will receive an update of the incident when we start working on the server.

We guarantee you a maximum intervention time of 2 hour from detection of a Level 1 incident, and a repair time of 4 hours.

If it's not a hardware issue, skilled technicians will support you in repairing your servers.
